Checking the terms and conditions during the booking process will tell you the pricing of booster seat or childseat rental. Although widely available for request, booster seats and child seats will require confirmation and thus should be requested as soon as the booking is made.
Prices are charged per day and normally have a maximum charge for the duration of your rental. The age of your child and weight are needed when requesting the equipment from the supplier to ensure that it is adequate for your needs.
If complaints do arise from rental of booster seats or childseats then it normally relates to the age or condition of the equipment. Of course the equipment purchased by car hire companies will not be the highest priced in the market so you should expect a basic model. Stock is limited and very much in demand so you should also expect some wear and tear to the seat but it should be perfectly safe and fit your needs. If you feel that it is not adequate for your needs then you should reject it and request and alternative.
As with other additional extras the equipment will have to be paid for at the rental desk and for insurance reasons you will be required to fit the seat yourself.
