Insurance
We also include where possible a refundable excess product which is daily policy that covers you and not the car in question. Significantly cheaper than the insurances sold at the rental counters this product can take away any anxiety coming form the excess amounts of vehicles for CDW and Theft. In the case any amount is taken from your credit card by the supplier, there is no negligence on your behalf then we will refund the full amount back to the car. Simply send in your credit cars statement with the amount shown as well as any supporting documentation.

Post Booking
After booking you will immediately get confirmation from us informing you that we have passed payment and the reservation to the broker or supplier chosen. From here the booking is treat exactly the same way as if you booked direct. You will be emailed directly from the supplier or broker with the confirmation and voucher arriving after that. If you booked the refundable excess product you will also be emailed the policy documentation directly after booking.
