The Airport
Aberdeen Airport is located just seven miles from Aberdeen City Centre. Visitors can travel on the A96 to reach Aberdeen City or turn off onto the A90 towards Dundee City. Locally, travellers can reach the airport by car/taxi in 15 minutes from the City Centre. Both Stagecoach and First Aberdeen run a 20 minute bus route. The nearest train station is located at Dyce, less than three miles away.
Aberdeen Airport currently has one runway, one main terminal for passengers and three Heliport terminals. Presently, nineteen airlines serve the airport, these include Flybe, Thomas Cook, British Airways, BMI and Ryanair. Major destinations passengers can travel to from Aberdeen Airport include Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Bourgas, Tunisia and Ibiza.
Passengers may be dropped off in front of terminal forecourt. Waiting for/picking up passengers from the front of the terminal is not permitted and the short or long term car parking facilities must be used for this purpose. Car Hire vehicles must be picked up from Broomfield Road. A ticket must be taken on entry to the 'Car Rental Ready and Return' facility and the ticket must be left in the vehicle.

Alternative car hire locations are situated at Dyce Railway Station and various locations in Aberdeen City Centre.
Parking
Travellers can choose from Long Stay Parking, Short Stay Parking, Priority Parking and Offshore Parking. Long Stay parking facilities are complimented by a three minute coach service, which will take passengers to the terminal building. Short Stay Parking is located very near to the terminal building. Priority Parking is conveniently situated 'on the door' of the terminal building and also offers wider parking spaces and additional security.

Self Service and Check-in desks are located to the left of the main entrance of the terminal building. Airport shops include WHSmith and Boots. Travellers will find Currency Exchange desks as well as the 'Art at Aberdeen Airport' gallery.
Food and drink facilities include 'The Kitchen, Costa Coffee and Wetherspoons.
